Medical Education and Research Center Faculty of Medicine Universitas Indonesia (MERC – FMUI) will be the faculty’s academic and research service facility that will be developed under Faculty of Medicine and University management in collaboration with extra-campus individuals or institutions participants
In MERC – FMUI’s planning and design, the designer and developer must follow building technical standards in term of requirements for medical research, medical education development, security, building reliability, human safety and encourage innovation in improving comfort, simplicity and esthetical quality
Creating an efficient modern building design, harmonious with the environment, unity with the old building, ‘green campus’, and describes a new image of the UI as a World Class University.
PURPOSES
To plan and design the MERC –FMUI building which is a center of medical education and research development that integrates laboratory, research room, class room, seminar room, auditorium and other supporting facilities. MERC – FMUI design is prioritized for medical education and research activities, particularly post graduate students.
Terms of Participants
1. Architect, member of IAI that has paid membership fee until 2009 and owns at least SKA Madya.
2. Foreign country architect (must submit their local architect association recommendation or proof of membership)
3. Pay the registration fee of Rp. 250.000,- (two hundred fifty thousand rupiahs) for Indonesia citizenship participant and US$ 100 (one hundred US dollars) for foreign country participant by transferring to FKUI bank account (BNI Bank no. grand 127.3000.477 cq. UI FK Non Operasional). Transfer receipt must be faxed to 021-3922821 or scanned and sent by email included with the filled registration form and point a or b scanned documents.
Prospective participants can download registration form contest participants through www.fk.ui.ac.id / merc
Participants will receive CD-R or softcopy by email, consisting the contest Term of Reference and Site Plan Map.
Completed form can be submitted directly to the Secretariat of the Merc or via email, along with the completeness of the participants of the above conditions (a / b & c) no later than December 15, 2010 at 16:00 pm
The Total Contest Prize is Rp 150.000.000,-, with the following details:
1st Place : Rp 75.000.000,-
2nd Place : Rp 40.000.000,-
3rd Place : Rp 25.000.000,-
Honorable Mention (2 winners) : @ Rp 5.000.000,-
